Someone brought to my attention again that Randy Maugans of the Threshing Floor has added new negative and critical information on this subject. Randy started this when he posted a massive lie and slander about what Russ Dizdar said about the book of enoch.
This is an update to say Randy is still lying and has a very deep problem with a critical, mean negative attitude. He admitted this to me in his emails that I have. Randy needs to seek help, repent and speak the truth. Randy may at this time need some prayer for a 'lying spirit' He needs to quit using 'cussing' language on his podcasts and 'designing his own arguments' which he tries to pin on others and then slander them. May God have mercy on Randy Maugans.
Recently I received an email that took me to a website that had a very disturbing and shocking bit of malice if not out and out slander on it. I am posting the website with all of its exact statements.
I did wait a few days before responding. I don't mind if anyone wants me to clarify things I have said or taught and of course I am open to being shown that I have done something wrong ........but no one contacted me to ask about any statements I made or requested a phone conversation on the subject. I would have been glad to talk about it and explain anything.
I care very deeply about error and the truth of Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior and His Word.....which is the infallible living Words of God. All who know me and my ministry know very well that I believe the Word of God is the center of all teaching and the grid by which we scrutinize all other extra biblical works.
I have now posted a pod cast response to the allegations and questions raised. I would rather talk first but since this was posted as an attack that will be shown not to be true but clearly suspect.
I have not posted this where more valuable broadcasts need to be listed. Anyone who wants this response can and should have it. I will also offer Randy from the Threshing Floor website my personal phone number and offer that I would be more than glad to discuss the issues raised.
Honest discussions, ...'speaking the truth in love' is the right thing to do. If Randy does not contact me that's ok with me too. If there are more posts like this one it will be just ignored.
To the few who may read and look into this issue may I encourage you to be filled with the Holy Spirit, to speak the truth in love as we are taught, to give opportunity to others to state their case, to take the time to pray and even when there is clear disagreement to do all you can to make sure you speak with integrity, mercy, and with offers of redemption.

Such slander and lies are a demonstration of a very critical spirit that adds far more to a persons statements than what they really spoke. Much of the stuff I have seen on the Threshing Floor web site is packed with attack, slander and very little to nothing of Jesus Christ. I did listen to one of Randy's mps, it was alarming to say the least. Using foul language and criticizing others, he never even mentions Jesus Christ or proclaims the gospel.
I did look for any statement of what the Threshing floor believes......but nothing. Jesus did tell us that we would know them by their fruit. I have posted a kind one hour pod cast response,(see above)it looks like someone cut most of it out so I have reposted it.
Please remember Russ Dizdar never said that the book of Enoch is the word of God .....ever, nor have I said it should be used to study prophecy or guide us in any way. I do feel in light of theological studies it should be studied since it talks of so much Biblical content and since 3 verses of it was quoted and put in the Word (see Jude).
Since there are scholars on both sides of the debate, Christians should study it as they would the Jewish historian Josephus. Enoch is extra biblical but it can be read in light (under the scrutiny) of the Word of God like Josephus.
It is the Word of God that does tell us clearly that lying about someone, putting words in their mouths that they never spoke,........slander, malice, foul language, behind the scenes attacks and a negative critical spirit is not the fruit of the Spirit but of the flesh Gal. 5. and of the devil himself.

I have just noticed that Randy from the Threshing floor has put up a new post on the book of Enoch issue ....that he created.
I will have to say again but more boldly that Randy has lied again and has stated that Russ Dizdar feels we should use the book Enoch a 'source'.
Russ Dizdar has never used Enoch as a 'source' a 'discerning tool' to 'inform prophecy' etc as Randy has said.....in each case Randy has lied and added these concepts to what I have said to make up an issue......once again evidencing a more fleshly, slanderous, and maligning disposition of his character.
Since the devil himself is the father of lies Randy must deal with his lying and reframing (by added to others statements ). Randy seems to have an addiction for lying.
Russ maintains that in a theological study we should be familiar with or study the book of Enoch because so much of it alludes to the Bible. Early church fathers, Biblical scholars and many theologians have studied it. We should not leave it to new agers, gnostics or occultists to use it as they have the actual Word of God in such a wrong way. Since Randy has confessed that he uses 'commentaries' and many other works outside of the Word of God, does he not use .....resources outside the scriptures to make his points?
What Russ has said....... ALWAYS and ONLY is that the Word of God is the only infallible living Word of God.
Russ had never quoted from, used the book of Enoch in any sermon, teaching or broadcast. Russ does not use the book of Enoch to throw light on the Bible.....Russ............... has never believed that the book of Enoch is scripture. Anyone who would say so is a liar!
The study of the historian Josephus, the Didache , creeds, early church fathers, Enoch and all extra biblical stuff.........(outside of the revealed Word of God writings) are only objects of study in light of (under the grid of )the Word of God.
Since Randy, who takes other peoples words, adds to them, reframe's them and then argues with what he reframed is like the dog who chases his own tail.
After listening to one of Randy's pod casts I was alarmed to hear him use foul language and never even mention Jesus Christ once.
Randy(of the Threshing Floor Radio Show)uses many other sources and even used Wikipedia as one of his 'sources', does this mean he is promoting wikipedia as a tool to interpret the Bible??? I don't think he does??? ......but anyone who has a biased, critical and angry approach may say he does. The Threshing Floor and Randy have a glaring BEAM in they're own eye.....self examination is in need here.
